110-300-0260(1)(a) Licensor observed items labeled “keep out of reach of children” accessible to children. Baby wipes were observed to be on the open changing table at the height of a toddler. Two storage rooms were unlocked and accessible to children. Storage rooms contained multiple items that are labeled “keep out of reach of children”. 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b) Licensor observed a storage closet and teacher work room unlocked and accessible to children. 110-300-0260(2)(e) Licensor observed the storage closet and the teacher’s work room not kept clean and sanitary.
